III. The creation of a program of World Crisis Modeling for some goes out

***  to initiate the better DEVELOPPEURS, STATISTICIANS, ANALISTES, Economists, Lobbyists and Sociologists in the World to create the Laboratory of World Crisis Modeling, that is to say of Economical, Financial, Social, Sanitary, Geopolitical and Structural Crisis.

Such a team would be perfectly able to create this modeling program while integrating the data include in the Tab Crossing Dynamic, all the stable, unstable & predictive variables and all the possible combinations.

This software will be able to be improved to any instant, because a true hypothesis to an instant “t0”, is not necessarily to an instant “t1”, where again parameters (environmental, political, of natural disasters. ..) enter in game.

This modeling program

*  would be thus an essential and reasoned tool of business optimization,

*  would allow determining the type of production pole to set up according to the type of consumption pole and special parameters to each country member,

*  would suggest necessary modifications to each country to remain competitive united with the others member nations of WTO…

It no longer remains than to hope than changes to come can be operated within the WTO, with revives it and positive collaboration of all the member nations, as well as the one of the shareholders & leaders of big companies & leaders groups, that through the World can work to the growth return,
by of simple choices of strategies reasoned on the long term… strategies that will allow them to win more or to remain competitive, with flexibilities of relocation that will be able to be suggested by the modeling program to an instant “t”…

The Era of the Globalization will drive us towards the Era of Prosperity and PEACE in the World?  It is necessary there to believe to obtain the better one…
